Write the email once in Gmail, the way you always do. Mass Email Sender rebuilds it for every recipient and sends the copies from your own account, one at a time, with uneven pauses in between.

How it works
One button appears in the Gmail compose toolbar. There is no second editor, no dashboard to log into, and nothing to configure before the first send.
A spreadsheet, a CSV, a published Google Sheet, or pasted addresses. The list stays on our server and your draft carries a single placeholder address instead of hundreds of names.
Attachments, inline images, your signature, your formatting. Personalise with tags like {FirstName|there}, where the text after the pipe is the fallback.
Gmail's own Send button starts the queue. We read the draft once, rebuild it per recipient, and send from your mailbox on a paced schedule that respects your daily limit.

Real addresses never enter the compose window. The list is uploaded, and what goes into the To field is one alias address that stands in for all of them.

Pacing
Sends are strictly serial with randomised gaps, in a careful, standard or fast preset. A machine-perfect interval is a machine-shaped signature, so there isn't one.

Merge tags
Any column in your list becomes a tag you can drop into the subject or the body. The text after the pipe is what a recipient gets when the cell is empty.

Editor
The email is written in native Gmail and sent with the native Send button. Formatting, threading and drafts behave exactly the way they always have.
Preflight
SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX on your domain, the list size against your remaining quota, whether the unsubscribe link resolves, and a scan of the draft for the words that trip bulk filters.
List hygiene
Invalid addresses, duplicates, role accounts like info@ and support@, dead domains and anyone who unsubscribed before. Shown to you, not quietly dropped.
Quota
Google counts the last 24 hours, so we count the same way. New accounts ramp up gradually, and a campaign that runs out of quota pauses itself and resumes when there is room.
After the send
Tracking is per message, and the unsubscribe link is switched on for you from 100 recipients up. Failures are classified, so a single bad address never takes the campaign down with it.

You write in Gmail's compose window, so that is where the extension lives. The sending itself goes out through the Gmail API on your own account, or through your own SMTP provider if you connect one.
The message body never passes through the extension, and we ask for a single Gmail scope. The server reads the one draft you are sending, holds it while the queue runs, and drops it when the campaign ends. The rest of your mailbox is not readable.
Nothing can promise that, and anything that does is selling you something. What the product does is send one message at a time with uneven pauses, stay inside a rolling 24-hour quota, ramp new accounts up slowly, and stop the campaign on the errors that mean Google is unhappy.
Up to 2000 recipients, which is where Gmail's own daily limit sits. Larger lists are split across days rather than pushed through in one run.
The campaign keeps going. It is queued on our server rather than in your browser, so it survives a reload, a closed tab and a closed laptop, and several campaigns can run at once.
Addresses are stored to run the campaign and report on it. They are never shared, sold, or used to send anything of ours, and they never appear in the compose window.
