Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and Mass Email Sender (“we”, “us”). By installing the extension or using the service, you accept them. If you do not, do not use the service.
1. What the service does
Mass Email Sender takes one draft from your Gmail account, rebuilds it as an individual message for each recipient on a list you supply, and sends those messages from your own mailbox on a paced schedule. We act on your instructions. You remain the sender of every message.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and authorised to send email from the Google account you connect. Keep your credentials and API key private — anything done through them is treated as done by you. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has access.
3. How you may use it
You are responsible for who is on your list and for what you send them. You agree that:
- every recipient either asked to hear from you or has a genuine, defensible reason to expect your message;
- you do not use purchased, scraped, or rented lists;
- your messages identify you honestly — no forged headers, no misleading subject lines, no pretending to be someone else;
- you honour unsubscribe requests promptly and never re-add someone who opted out;
- you comply with the law that applies to you and to your recipients, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and the ePrivacy rules;
- you do not send malware, phishing, chain letters, or anything that would put a reasonable recipient at risk.
You also agree to follow Google’s own terms and sending limits. We throttle sending to help you stay inside them, but the limits are Google’s and the consequences of breaking them land on your account.
4. Your content and your list
Your drafts, recipient lists, and campaign data belong to you. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to read the draft you are sending, store your list, personalise and deliver the messages, and show you the results. We do not sell your data and we do not email your recipients on our own behalf.
What we collect and how long we keep it is described in our privacy policy.
5. Availability
The service is in beta. It may change, break, or go offline without notice, and features may be added or removed. We do not promise any uptime, delivery rate, or inbox placement — deliverability depends on your list, your content, and the receiving mail providers, none of which we control.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if your sending generates a pattern of spam complaints or bounces, or if we are required to by Google or by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it.
7. No warranty
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for lost profits, or for damage to your sender reputation or Google account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it arose, or €50 if you paid us nothing.
9. Indemnity
You will cover our costs if a third party brings a claim against us because of messages you sent or a list you uploaded.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will say so on this page and update the date above before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, and the courts of Yerevan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
